Jackson County Officer Plants Drugs and Ruins Lives

A former Jackson County officer was recently charged with 52 counts of racketeering, false imprisonment, misconduct, fabricating evidence and possession of controlled substances. The former law enforcement officer is accused of targeting drivers for no reason and arresting them after planting drugs in their vehicles while pretending to search. His actions resulted in innocent individuals facing jail time, families torn apart and divorces, all because one man thought he was above the law.
